"The U.S. Attorney's Office for Northern Indiana has been tasked with the prosecution of two Illinois men who were charged Jan. 14 with seeking to arrange the murder of a federal prosecutor in Chicago and a DEA agent. "A California judge recently invalidated a set of contracts allocating water rights in the southern region of the state. Lewis Brisbois' Malissa McKeith, who was lead counsel for the plaintiffs in the case, spoke to the NLJ about the importance of the case, the judge's reasoning and why she was surprised to win."
