FIRE files amicus brief in support of Jonathan Lopez

Last July, a federal district court in Los Angeles granted Mr. Lopez?s request for a preliminary injunction against Los Angeles Community College District?s speech code. LACCD appealed after it unsuccessfully asked the district court to reconsdier the preliminary injunction."
