Jackson review: the waiting is over

Lord Justice Jackson has likened his review of civil litigation costs to a trial. He gathered evidence, he heard from opposing advocates and now he is ready to deliver his judgment. But whatever Sir Rupert hands down, it will be a suspended sentence. The question of what happens once he reports ? which has hung over the review from Day 1 ? now comes into sharp focus.
