K&L Gates welcomes two new partners in Palo Alto

The Palo Alto office of K&L Gates LLP announces the addition of Karineh Khachatourian and Bryan J. Sinclair as partners in the firm?s intellectual property litigation practice. They join K&L Gates from Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky and Popeo P.C.

Khachatourian has extensive experience representing a wide range of technology companies throughout the Silicon Valley and the United States. She has handled disputes involving computer software and hardware, silicon wafer inspection, integrated circuit simulation tools, LCD technology, and related consumer electronics.

Sinclair also has considerable experience representing Silicon Valley companies in jurisdictions throughout the United States. He has obtained successful results in numerous IP matters involving technologies that range from server load balancing to biochemical compounds and medical devices.
