Retailers Comply With Minor Smoking Sale Law (WCBS-TV New York)

The state Health Department gives high marks to retailers for complying with the law forbidding tobacco sales to kids under 18. A report released by the agency said nearly 92 percent of retailers who sell tobacco are complying with the ban. That's the highest compliance rate since the enforcement program started 11 years ago.
