Does Relles Settlement Services Represent Plaintiff Exclusively OR NOT?

By John Darer

ADVERTISEMENTS
Here's something of interest to the Consumer Attorneys of California!

On the one hand "trusted settlement advocates" Relles Setttlement Services states on its home page that it " is representing the plaintiff exclusively. Despite there being no mistake that the word exclusive in context means "plaintiff" and no other, Relles Settlement Services raises a serious false advertising question with what appears on its other web pages:

"At Relles Settlement Services we assist the claims professional throughout the settlement process"

AND

"At Relles Settlement Services our brokers assist the claims professional by working with all involved parties throughout the settlement process to expedite the resolution of the claim. We offer:

? In-office property and casualty file reviews.

? Annuity illustrations and plans to initiate negotiations.

? Attendance at mediations, arbitrations and settlement conferences.

? Educational seminars and training sessions for claims professionals"

These "SURE-ELLES" hail from Sacramento and clearly demonstrate that just a few words can be the difference between Sacramento and a sack of you know what!

Didn't Mama say there'll be days like this?

I also recall she  said "you'd better shop around".
