El día 18 de diciembre a las 10:30 horas se realizará el Seminario sobre el Tribunal Constitucional. Las intervenciones serán las siguientes:
- Últimas modificaciones a la Ley Orgánica por Carlos Carmona, Ministro del Tribunal Constitucional.
- Jurisprudencia del Tribunal Constitucional y sus efectos en la actividad legislativa por Marisol Peña, Ministra del Tribunal Constitucional.
- La visión del legislador a cargo de los Diputados Jorge Burgos y Edmundo Eluchans.
