I don?t know if law blogs are supposed to be impartial. But I do know that this isn?t a blog (it?s a tumblelog), that I ain?t impartial, and that, most importantly, it?s time to have a Constitutional Law professor for President.  If you aren?t already behind me on this, you will be as soon as you envision, as I envisioned, the first Socratic method Presidential White House press briefing. Take that, stupid torts proffs.
