Candidates should have superior academic credentials and 2-6 years of experience litigating complex patent and/or other intellectual property matters. Excellent writing, interpersonal, and communication skills are required. A technical background is preferred.

At present, the firm???s litigation group includes twenty attorneys who focus their practice almost exclusively on litigation. Although the firm is based in Portland, our litigation practice is national in scope, with active cases currently pending in East Texas, New York, the Bay Area, Seattle, Denver, and Portland. Our cases involve a range of technologies, including computer software and hardware, business methods, medical devices, mechanical equipment, consumer electronics, and biotechnology.
