"Roseville artist wins appeal of jail sentence": The Detroit Free Press today contains an article (via "Althouse") that begins, "The once-bare breasts of Eve -- painted on the side of a Roseville art studio -- may be uncovered again after the Michigan Court of Appeals ruled the city unjustly sentenced the artist to jail in 2005."

And The Macomb Daily reports today that "Roseville artist wins appeal; City may take case to state Supreme Court."

Yesterday's ruling of the Michigan Court of Appeals consists of a majority opinion and a dissenting opinion.
