ADVERTISEMENTS

On October 2-4, Yale Law School will hold a conference celebrating the publication of The Constitution in 2020. We've invited a number of scholars and thinkers from around the country to give their own views about how the Constitution should be interpreted in the future.
In the next several days, many of the participants will be posting on this blog and on the Constitution in 2020 blog about their ideas.
