Fourth Circuit to hear arguments at USC

By smarshall

ADVERTISEMENTS

In support of the upcoming Fourth Circuit arguments, the library has created a TWEN web site that contains relevant documents for all three cases being argued here at the law school on October 15, 2009.  We have put together a collection for each case with the record, appellate briefs, district court documents, and other materials for anyone wishing to familiarize themselves with the cases prior to the oral arguments.

This web site is hosted on the TWEN course management software and is listed with the course title ?Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals ? Oct. 15, 2009.?

If you need assistance with any of these sources, please call any reference librarian or the Reference Desk at 777-5902. (skm)
