Ohio Legal Loophole Allows Illegal Alien to Get Away with Manslaughter

A legal loophole permitted an unlicensed, illegal alien to escape with a mere misdemeanor after killing a 42 year old Dover, Ohio man in a vehicle crash.  Full story is here.
