Canton Judge Duct-Taped Defendant's Mouth

According to the Canton Repository, Canton Municipal Court Judge Stephen Belden recently ordered a defendant's mouth shut with duct tape. The Judge claimed that the defendant was argumentative and would not be quiet. Click here to listen to the audio of the Judge's order.
