MOVERS: Raines Law Group Elevates Three to Partnership

Beverly Hills business and real estate firm Raines Law Group LLP said Thursday that it has named Daniel Brozost, Jennifer Tullius and Randal Ivor-Smith to partner.

Brozost joined the firm in 2007. He represents clients in real estate matters including purchase and sale, financing and office and industrial leasing, as well as corporate formation matters, joint ventures and general business matters.

A litigation attorney also licensed to practice in South Carolina, Virginia and the District of Columbia, Tullius? practice includes business and commercial litigation, bankruptcy and creditors rights, commercial and residential foreclosures and real estate lending.

A litigation and transactional attorney with an emphasis on intellectual property, contracts, and real property, Ivor-Smith represents institutions, corporations and individuals in state and federal courts in both trial and appellate proceedings as well as all pretrial aspects of litigation including alternate dispute resolution and litigation prevention. He also focuses on intellectual property and real estate transactional work.

Both Tullius and Ivor-Smith joined in 2008. All three attorneys were admitted to the State Bar in 2002.
