MOVERS: Two new attorneys join La Bella

La Bella & McNamara LLP has added two new attorneys to its ranks, Daniel M. Benjamin and Meghan Ashley Wharton.

Daniel M. Benjamin, Of Counsel, focuses his practice on commercial and complex civil litigation. Mr. Benjamin earned his J.D. from the University of California at Berkeley School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif, a member of the Moot Court Board, and the Senior Articles Editor and a Managing Editor of the Berkeley Journal of Employment and Labor Law. Mr. Benjamin received his B.A from the University of California at Santa Cruz with Honors. Mr. Benjamin was formerly a partner with Calvo & Clark, LLP and an associate at Morrison & Foerster, LLP.

Meghan Ashley Wharton, Senior Associate, handles complex commercial and intellectual property litigation in federal and state courts. Ms. Wharton earned her J.D., cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center where she was associated with the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics and served as an Annual Review author for The Georgetown Journal of Gender and the Law. Ms. Wharton was also named a Normandy Scholar at the University of Texas. She was previously an associate with King & Spalding and Perkins Coie in Silicon Valley, California and prior to that at Perkins Coie Brown & Bain in Phoenix, Arizona.
