$3.5 MILLION AWARDED IN WRONGFUL DEATH LOGGING TRUCK ACCIDENT

An Alabama jury recently awarded $3.5 million to the family of a man killed when the van he was driving was crushed between 2 logging trucks according to the Montgomery Advertiser. The truck accident occurred when one of the logging trucks rear-ended the victim?s van forcing it into the logs on the truck in front of him. As a result, the logs came through the windshield and killed the victim.
