DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME - BULLETIN

By RJ

ADVERTISEMENTS
Please note that daylight savings time is pushed forward three week this year. This means we change our clocks on March 11, 2007, instead of early April.

For computers this means you may need to reset your clock, update your software or make other adjustments. You should visit our operating systems home web page. If you are Windows system you should visit Microsoft.com and following the daylight saving link. If you are running Mac system you should run your regular system updates. Both systems may have automatically provided you with update link required.

KEEP IN MIND: This change in the daylight savings time may affect not only your office and home computer, but all of your mobile systems too.

Many of us may simply be able to change our own computer clock manually. This is only recommended if you don't have other programs that run on an internal clock. Impartial strongly recommends you check with your IT department or software provider promptly to make the necessary changes!
