Those unfamiliar with the mysteries of cabinet and how it operates, as well as those who work in the system, will find this of (well some) interest. Among a lot of other information about process, and the importance of confidentiality are details of what are regarded as cabinet documents, and co-ordination steps where a Freedom of Information application extends to documents of this kind.
