Eric-fink-elon-professor We're very pleased to welcome Eric Fink as a guest blogger here at the Faculty Lounge.  Eric is an Associate Professor at Elon School of Law.  He is a graduate of Johns Hopkins, the London School of Economics, and NYU Law School.  He was a Lecturer in Law at Stanford before joining the Elon faculty in 2007.    His publications include:
