Winston & Strawn nabs two Thelen Reid partners

Litigation attorneys Gayle Irene Jenkins and David Aronoff joined Winston & Strawn's Los Angeles office as partners.

Jenkins litigates complex business and intellectual property disputes over patent infringement and distribution of counterfeit products, as well as claims of trade secret misappropriation. Working with mortgage, realty and escrow companies, she has extensive experience handling disputes arising from the development and sale of real property and improvements and issues of nondisclosure. Jenkins previously worked at Thelen Reid.

Aronoff does national consumer class action defense work, focusing on the prosecution and defense of patent, trademark and copyright matters. He also counsels American and Chinese companies on conducting business abroad. Aronson previously worked at Thelen Reid, co-chairing their intellectual property and trade regulation group and helped develop their Shanghai office.    Aronoff is a member of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy and the Association of Business Trial Lawyers.  He works with the Alzheimer?s Association.
