From Courier Journal is following story of remaining Comair case with widow willing to let the jury decide the case!

Widow of fatal Comair flight wants trial

Comair spokesman Jeff Pugh cited the pending litigation and declined to comment on the case, other than saying the airline was trying to settle with Hebert.

David Rapoport, the attorney for Jamie Hebert, says his client is determined to see her lawsuit through in an effort to get Comair to more publicly admit fault and pay punitive damages. Claims by other passenger families stemming from the crash have settled.

Comair filed a brief this week asking the judge to set a trial date.
