More on Consumer Arbitration at the NAF

We posted earlier this week on the decisions of the National Arbitration Forum and the AAA to get out of the consumer arbitration business. Here's a report issued last Tuesday by the majority staff of the Domestic Policy Subcommittee of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee entitled "Arbitration Abuse: an Examination of Claims Files of the National Arbitration Forum." The subcommittee is chaired by Rep. Dennis Kucinich.
