I took more breaks tonight. It has been an exhausting mental marathon. Morning: simulated 3 exams (Property, Torts, Will/Trust) Afternoon: simulated 1 MPT Evening: 50 MBE questions, 39/50 (78% raw), at 1.5 minutes per question. There were some really good questions today, involving subtle distinctions. Night: outlined one Professional Responsibility question. Seems like I missed quite a few duties. [...]
