By Deepak Gupta

ADVERTISEMENTS
The Domestic Policy Subcommittee of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee will hold a hearing tomorrow afternoon entitled "Arbitration or ?Arbitrary?: The Misuse of Arbitration to Collect Consumer Debts." The witnesses are Minnesota Attorney General Lori Swanson, Michael Kelly of the NAF, co-blogger Paul Bland, Christopher Drahozal (a pro-forced-arbitration law professor), and Richard Naimark of the AAA.
