Doing the Right Thing is Not Exclusive To One Side Or Another. It IS Exclusive To One's Humanity and Integrity

By John Darer

ADVERTISEMENTS

It is evident by her own statements and the definition of how she does business, Rhonda Bentzen does not comprehend that doing the right thing is not exclusive to one side or another. It is exclusive to one's humanity and integrity.

Our business involves real tragedy and real headaches involving profoundly injured people. I very much care about the interests of profoundly injured people and have always strived to do the best job I could given my 24 plus years of professional education and experience, regardless of who I am retained by. That is why I started a grass roots effort to clean up the structured settlement industry so that certain factoring vultures cannot attack and continue to take advantage of tort victims, including the most profoundly injured people. If Ms. Bentzen, as a broker member of the factoring industry, feels that this effort is worthy of attack, then PLEASE, attack away. Her attacks have simply helped build a body of evidence that strengthens our position and emboldens her competitors.

The business model of 4structures.com, LLC as stated on its website is clear and always has been. I have not made a representation that I am "plaintiff exclusive". Neither have I made the representation that I am "plantiff exclusive". I have not signed a declaration under the federal penalty for perjury (or continued to do business with those who have) that was untrue.
