The mother and brother of Cassie Jo Stoddart filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Torey Adamcik, Brian Draper, their parents, and School District 25. The lawsuit also includes the owners of the Chubbuck home as a plaintiff where Stoddart was house sitting when she was stabbed to death on September 22, 2006. In the complaint, plaintiff?s attorney alleges Adamcik and Draper plotted to murder Cassie Jo while they were at school and says the school district “failed to take appropriate action to stop Draper and Adamcik from harming Cassie Jo. The suit also alleges the defendant’s parents negligently supervised or failed to supervise their minor children.
