The man tried-and-tested at running the PTO into the ground, the irrepressible "Foley & Lardner attorney Jon Dudas, who served as PTO director in the Bush administration, said Kappos is an excellent choice." "The Coalition for Patent Fairness and Innovation Alliance, which have been at odds over pending legislation, both backed Kappos."
