60 Groups Demand Progress on Judicial Nominees

Today, a coalition of about 60 groups—led by the Committee for Justice—delivered a letter to members of the Senate Judiciary Committee expressing deep concern about the lack of progress on judicial nominees, and making it clear that anything short of 15 circuit court nominees reaching the Senate floor in 2007-08 would be remembered as ?historic levels of obstruction.?
