Today, the Obama administration announced that Republican Congressman John McHugh would be the new Secretary of the Army. I can?t think of a better fit than John McHugh to serve our country as Secretary of the Army. He has a deep and profound understanding of the issues in his 16 years of experience, and will be an asset to the current Administration in his new role. I have enjoyed working with him on the House Armed Services Committee and look forward to continuing to work with him in his new capacity.
