Three new partners at Sheppard Mullin

Sheppard Mullin promoted three attorneys to partner in their Santa Barbara and Los Angeles offices.

Tony Young works in the Centura City office, representing clients in cases that allege fraud, breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty, as well as a range of labor disputes. He specializes in complex business litigation, particularly institutional entertainment litigation and sports-related matters.

In the L.A. office, Jennifer Bates Zargarof counsels employers on personnel policies and procedures, employee discipline matters and wage and hour issues. Zargarof also defends employers and supervisors in civil and administrative disputes and litigates class action cases.

Ian Smith focuses on public and private securities, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, business start-ups, and intellectual property transactions. He is a member of the firm's corporate practice group in Santa Barbara.
