"Last Friday, many in the loan modification industry decided to get some exercise by jumping to conclusions as related to Federal Loan Modification Law Center.

The first time I heard the rumors it was bankruptcy that had caused the firm to shut its doors for the last time. By late in the afternoon, it was supposedly a federal judge that had ordered them to close. I?m sure, had I waited until later that evening, the firm?s owner, attorney Bill Anz, would have reportedly been seen leaving the country in a private jet, or perhaps they would have been leading him away in handcuffs and shackles. By morning, he might have either become the King of a little known South Pacific island, or been sentenced to 100 years at hard labor.

Well, I?ll tell you one thing about this industry? from an outsider?s perspective? it?s downright hysterical."
