French Socialists contest legality of piracy law (AP via Yahoo! Finance)

France's opposition Socialists are contesting the legality of parts of a new law aimed at curbing Internet piracy. They brought the law, which won parliamentary approval last week, before the Constitutional Council on Tuesday.
