Rally planned Tuesday to protest Troy Davis execution

Final appeal to be filed with Supreme Court in case where witnesses recanted.Death-row inmate Troy Anthony Davis will file a last-ditch appeal Tuesday to the U.S. Supreme Court, and a rally to protest his execution is planned for Tuesday night at the state Capiol.Davis? attorneys asked the high court to send Davis? case back to a federal judge for an evidentiary hearing on his innocence claims.
