I'm thrilled that the Election Law Journal is leaving the final print version of my Interpreting Statutes Passed Through Referendums available on-line here. The whole March 2008 issue is here. I'm less thrilled that they misspelled my name at the end. But it is right much more often than it is wrong -- and this is a small price to pay compared to the $3,000 they wanted from me to buy the right to have the article on-line forever!
