Man Charged with Molesting Fellow Nursing Home Resident

A 72-year-old man was arrested and charged with molesting a 53-year-old woman with the mental capacity of a 5-year-old at their nursing home. The man was charged with lewd and lascivious battery on a disabled person. The man was seen touching the woman?s breast. He had been warned several times to not have contact with her or engage in inappropriate conduct with her. Sexual abuse can oftentimes occur with residents, including here in Chicago, Illinois.
