Is DealFlow Media a friend of the judge or just disrespectful?

In the Structured Settlements wire report concerning the "Financial Vultures" story, DealFlow was quoted "On two instances during the court hearing, "Netti" ordered Stone Street attorney Christopher L. Russo to contact his superiors and see about increasing the offer, which represented...."

Perhaps Judge Netti C. Vogel could quote from A Few Good Men (in this case Women) and inform DealFlow that "a judge is to be referred to as judge or your honor"...I'm quite confident she's earned it!
