Woman losses arm in crash on I-80 in Iowa

With her husband driving a crash occurred with her side of the SUV, causing her to lose her arm. She is 36 years old. The collision occurred with the rear of the slow moving semi truck.

The woman was Cari Segebart and the collision occurred on I-80 east of Council Bluffs, Iowa on Tuesday.
