More on former Senior Status Judge Maricle from the U.S. Justice Watch - "Exclusive- Maricle was in rush to assert control of Russell County Cases"

By Michael Stevens

ADVERTISEMENTS

Over the years I have noted that some bloggers and blogs become "the" blog for reporting on certain stories.  Jacob Payne at Page One Blog is "the" blogger and thus the ultimate source of information on the University of Louisville fiascos involving the nursing student dismissal and Dean Robert Felner.

It also seems the the U.S. Justice Watch out of Russell County and places nearby is becoming the "go to" place for developments on former Senior Status Judge Cletus Maricle.

Here is the most recent post.  Click on heading for remainder of story.

Exclusive- Maricle was in rush to assert control of Russell County Cases.

RUSSELL SPRINGS KENTUCKY:

Drug Cases noticed in Maricle's RICO Indictment

As previously reported Senior Judge Cletus Maricle was recently indicted by the Federal Eastern District of Kentucky Grand Jury for Racketeering and voter fraud.  Notice was later filed by the Eastern Kentucky Federal Prosecutor of a related case United States vs. Bobby Joe Curry;  a case relating to mass distribution and trafficking in Oxycodone, Methadone, Hydrocodone, and Cocaine.  With exception of the Cocaine, all of the above medications have been stolen from Grider Drugstores in Russell and Adair Counties.

Law enforcement sources revealed to the US Justice over a year ago that the medications stolen from Grider Drug were showing up in Manchester Kentucky drug busts.
