Smith Barney Loses 2,500 Reps; Recruits Heavily

While losing over $40 billion in client assets and over 2,500 advisors, Smith Barney continues to heavily recruit new advisors. Smith Barney is offering 240% of trailing 12 in order to attract those new advisors. Naturally, those advisors need to carefully review and negotiate those employment agreements and promissory notes.
