Study Day Civ Pro II

By Steve Pirates

ADVERTISEMENTS

My Civ Pro II final is tomorrow at 8a.m. I will be very glad to be finished with this course. I have very much enjoyed both of my Civ Pro professors this year. But Civ Pro as a subject is the driest class in school. Civ Pro is essentially the Rule Books for anything that isn?t Criminal Law. And we all know how fun it is to read Rule Books. So imagine trying to read a Rule Book by reading about all these people who complained about how a certain game was played. Or reading about the greatest cheater in the history of Risk in order to explain how one rule of the game works.

That?s Civ Pro.

The only part of Civ Pro that I really enjoy is joinder. Figuring out who can sue whom for what within on law suit is actually kind of fun.

For this exam we can bring in the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and one sheet with anything written on it. I?m spending most of today trying to get that one sheet together. I?m also trying to do as many multiple choice questions from Glannon, and CrunchTime as possible. This is the exam that I?ve actually done the most studying for. We?ll see how it turns out.
