: Jolly LawgerIn 24 hours? I will be finished with (k)ontracts forever.
By Steve Pirates
Tomorrow, Thursday, is the first final of second semester. It happens to be (k)ontracts and is closed book and closed notes. This class happens to be the one that everyone does well on from a raw score perspective. So, it?s one of the most challenging tests. Since everyone does well, you have to go great in order to do well by comparison. Studying for finals is stressful for me. If I knew for sure what would be on the exam, I would know what to study for. Last semester, there were so many questions unasked that I was perfectly ready for, and a few asked that I hadn?t studied as much. We?ll see how it goes this time around. I?ve spent more time this semester trying to get a feel for what the professors really think is important, because I figure those things will form the basis of most of the exam. Wish me luck. I?ll let you all know how I feel tomorrow around noon.
In other news, a bee stung me in the back of the neck right by my spine yesterday. Good thing I?m not allergic, or you?d be reading JollyAnaphylacticShock.com right now. And it wouldn?t update as frequently due to me being?.. you know, dead. But, since I am not allergic, I just have a painful bump on the back of my neck. Kate saw my reaction to being stuck and said I looked like MC Hammer on LSD and crack. I got some sick dancing moves for sure.
In more other different news, I have not heard from the L.A. internship, so at this point I think it?s safe to say that it didn?t happen. On the one hand I?m bummed, because it seemed like an awesome opportunity, and everyone was excited about the prospect of it happening. So that?s sad. But, this way I get to stay in town, spend the summer with my fiance, bump a few classes out of the way early, and generally enjoy life as normal.
