Inspired by the story covered in the preceding post, this author has begun a state by state investigation to learn if Bentzen Funding Solutions and Structured Asset Funding have registered in states where this author has information and/or reason to believe that Rhonda Bentzen solicits business from structured settlement professionals.

Bentzen Funding Solutions website solely states an address in Tennessee and the company does not come up in a search with the Tennessee Secretary of State.
