It seems clear that the Obama DOJ will not be prosecuting the CIA personnel who carried out the -- take your pick -- torture or enhanced interrogations. Sonja Starr believes that it's likely that the lawyers won't be prosecuted either. Kevin Jon Heller has interesting posts here and here.
