Online Symposium at Concurring Opinions: Cyber Civil Rights

Concurring Opinions is hosting an online symposium discussing my colleague Danielle Citron's article Cyber Civil Rights.  The symposium, and the article, is a very engaging and important discussion about how we should treat online attacks, particularly to the extent that they are anonymous and aimed at women, people of color, and other members of traditionally disadvantaged groups, and about how to balance privacy rights in the context of the new communicative landscape of cyperspace.
