A personal injury attorney has claimed that new details have emerged in regards to the personal injury lawsuit filed against a university, seeking personal injury damages of more than $15,000. The personal injury complaint alleges that the plaintiff was beaten on the buttocks with wooden canes during unauthorized initiation rites.
