Crookston Daily Times: "Adult uses as defined in the ordinance emphasize ?the presentation or display, depiction or description of ?specified sexual activities? or ?specified anatomical areas? which the public could see.? This excludes procedures performed by licensed medical providers and to schools. Also, activities classified as obscene by Minnesota law are considered illegal and therefore not included in the definition of adult uses."
