I've updated the Hawaii chapter in Law and Procedure of Eminent Domain in the 50 States, a compendium of individual states' condemnation laws put together by the ABA Section on Litigation - Committee on Condemnation, Zoning & Land Use. The update includes the latest developments in Hawaii eminent domain law, focusing on County of Hawaii v. C&J Coupe Family Ltd. P?ship, 119 Haw. 352, 198 P.3d 615 (2008).
