San Diego Charger Defensive Lineman Jamal Williams May Face DUI Charges

The San Diego City Attorney's Office is considering pressing charges against the San Diego Chargers lineman, Jamal Williams, for driving his car under the influence of alcohol.

Jamal Williams was arrested on February 1, 2009, on State Route 94 on the suspicion of drunk driving after he was pulled over for speeding in his Bentley. However, when Williams took the blood test his BAC was just under the illegal limit at .07%. The California Highway Patrol administered the test well after the arrest.
