FERC Sets Timeline for Environmental Review of Downeast LNG Project

ADVERTISEMENTS
On Monday FERC released a timeline for its environmental review of the planned Downeast LNG import proposal. FERC set September 18, 2009, as the deadline for issuing the Final EIS, and December 17, 2009, as the deadline for FERC's final authorization decision. The schedule can be found in FERC's eLibrary under CP07-52.
